Thermal New Thermal Imaging National Building Inspections has invested in Thermal Imaging cameras, these camera systems can
detect water leaks from plumbing or failing roofs, insulation missing, or electrical systems overheating.
NBI's "Due Diligence Inspection" includes a thermal imaging inspection, whereby NBI will "Map" your
roof and provide you with documentation indicating where the roof is failing and to what degree the
damaged has occurred (roof deck, insulation,etc.). NBI can also provide Thermal Imaging for residential
inspections by the buyer requesting a quote.
