Underwriting Site Reviews
|
Most properties purchased for commercial use, require an underwriting review. This review will require an inspection performed to make sure each property meets certain criteria before the loan is processed. During the inspection, the inspector is obligated to compile a list of data and take pictures of required items. Properties that usually require an Underwriting Site Review Inspection would include but are not limited to; Apartment Complexes, Triple Net Lease, Property Management Companies, and more.
