Well / Septic

NBI is certified to test your home's well and septic systems. With your well inspection you also get a water test for bacteria. Your septic system will be tested to ensure that it is operating proficiently for the size of your home.

Each zone of your sprinkler system should be tested that it has been properly winterized and de-winterized. Each zone will be individually tested to ensure that you are buying a complete working system.

Each one of these additional inspection services can be completed at the time of a home inspection. They may also be purchased on an individual basis if needed. Some components should be tested annually or every 2-3 years to ensure proper working order.
