Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Inspection Services
|
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac each have specific screening requirements when purchasing mortgages from the lenders who initiate them. They scrutinized these screening processes with respect to asbestos-containing materials, lead based paint, moisture intrusion and radon gas emissions. Both of these agencies also look for warnings with respect to engineering concerns.

Clients can expect NBI inspectors to visually inspect the property in agreement with the current inspection requirements of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Photographs will be provided with the inspection report when mandatory by pertinent regulations.

FHA/HUD
|

NBI's team can perform home, well, septic, and termite inspections for HUD and FHA requirements. Make sure when requesting an inspection you let the scheduling staff know if you require FHA or HUD inspections.
